'96 440 EB systems monitire terminal

Just purchased a '96 440 express bridge and while having some things reconditioned discovered that the Sea Ray IPX systems monitor terminal module doesn't work. There is power into control module put no power out. Apparently this module is no longer availalbe. Boatyard wants to send out for rebuild. Are there other options, can this be easily upgraded to a display moniter that would display the different alarms. I am not a techie so be basic please.

Rick, Do a search, the evil systems monitor has a lot of discussion here. I bought a new one from Marine Max parts dept Miami. That was in 07. I donot know how it could be rebuilt? Good luck, JC
 
if it is the same unit that's on my boat, i can probably help you. post a picture or send me a PM. I've owned my 44 since 2003 and know this boat inside out, top to bottom. let me know if there are any question you have.
 
I know this an old thread but I am currently looking for a system monitor display and possibly the entire system if I can find one. I was told by marine max they are sold out of new old stock so going to the used market for help. Any info would appreciated.

Several years ago I contacted the company who made them for Sea Ray. They do not sell or service them and haven't for years and years. I checked Flounder Pounder and they don't have any. Do you have the old one from your boat? If so, you can get it repaired. I found someone in my area that repaired PC boards and gave them the schematic design and they fixed it for me.

Where did you find the Schematic for the board. I have one that is bad and would like to have mine repaired.
