I'm interested in switching to blinds on my 2004 420 Sundancer. I heard they might be noisy. Any experience, advice?

Blinds are my preference and I like the way they look. I have never noticed a problem with noise.

If a previous owner has released the bottom of the blinds from the hold-downs, they can rattle. Just reattach the bottom header of the blind to the hold downs and pull the cord tight and they don't rattle.
