Plasti Dip in bilge.

The gelcoat in the bilge has some cracks in it and was wondering if anyone used plasti dip in the bilge. Seems like a good product for anywhere or is bilge paint better

Plastidip would not be a good choice. It is a removable coating in that it does not bond permanently to the surface. You would want something smooth and non stick, not rough and non slip.
 
I used (USED) to sell Plastidip.
1) as Paul said above, it needs to wrap around and bond back on itself.
2) more importantly, it hates fuel, Diesel in particular.
