Please let me know if I have this right concerning switches and throttle. (no manual have I)

1. Top angled button is pressed to put into gear.
2. Rocker switch under no. 1 activates trim and tilt.
3. Push button to give throttle without being in gear is at center bottom of throttle handle
4. Side rocker switch to raise out drive for trailering.

To use the no. 3 do I also push button no. 1 simultaneously? I take it this throttle does not move unless the side button on the grip is pressed.

Sorry so elementary..this is my first boat with this configuration of switches.

You are correct... although I would say #2 activates drive trim (up and down), not tilt.

With that in mind. Does the #2 rocker stop working at some point of lifting the drive then the trailer button has to be used to get the drive up higher?

Yes, when your limit switch/sensor is working correctly. This switch/sensor is located on your outdrive... and they are prone to failure.

Is it possible to operate total range trim with just the trailer switch? Will #4 send the drive all the way down? Say if pulling out to trailer..just hit the up on the trailer switch to full up position or must the #2 be used to bring it partially up then use #4 for full up? (My first trailer switch, all others I've had were operated with one switch that brings drive up an down full range, and I can't find a thing about how to use the trailer switch. I do understand the trim #2 switch and its limiter on the drive.)

Number 4 can be used for full range of motion. Just be aware it will not stop until fully up.
