Dad left today

Ian, so very sorry to hear of your loss. It's a very difficult time, but just know we're thinking of you and your family.

ImageUploadedByTapatalk1430394094.316172.jpgjust wanted to attach this photo, believe it or not, this was Sunday, he worked his way through a seafood plate and a glass of wine.
I took my Army medal down, that took me nearly 30 years to get around to applying for, as Saturday in Australia was ANZAC Day our importance to your Rememberance Day and I wore it for the first day.
My daughter sings Opera, she sang 5 songs for him, at his house, and his dog climbed all over him and made a fuss.
Before we took him back to the aged care home.

Hard to think, 1 day.....

However, he was 88. As many of you know I travel to China a lot, I take consolation, that over there, they do not grieve when someone dies after 80, it is see as a Celebration of life.
