I have a 500 DA with a new water pump. Salon works fine, Second berth works fine, but forward cabin doesn't get water flow. I can take off the intake hose, and after a few seconds it will start to get water, but only if one of the other compressors are running. Anyone ever get this? I have blown out the lines and does not seem to have any blockage. Sea strainer is clear, and a brand new pump. I have eliminated most issues, but now stuck. Thanks!

You have a clog there somewhere. Does it have 1 pump for all?

Yes, one pump for all three. I did blow water through all lines, and it eventually comes out if I detach the input line into the unit, which makes me think there is a vapor/air lock somewhere?

That's the longest run on the boat. What size is your new pump ? Did you replace it with the same pump. Our pump is on a separate breaker and runs all the time. Were you getting good flow before changing the pump ? I ask all these questions because I am constantly have to flush ours, so I am very familiar with all the lines and fittings. If you are getting good flow to the guest bedroom AC outlet, I would look under the lower bed, where the AC unit is. You will find a T fitting, that fitting is also a reducer Comes in 3/4" and out 1/2" to side and forward units. I always find a bunch of crap in that fitting. I have also disconnected the fitting under the center of the couch in the salon, and flushed from there. Hope tis helps

I had this problem and plugged the good outlet outside on the hull, that cleared the blockage it's been good since.
