From what I remember OC NJ is dry, so not sure what kind of adult fun you will find. I haven't been there for a while but its family oriented there. AC is close by though.
If you are going out that far Bob, why not go to New York. It is a great trip. If not there then spend a day or two in Cape May then go to Atlantic City. Of course I went before hurricane Sandy, so I don’t know the conditions of all the spots since then. There are plenty of locals on the site here that I am sure will chime in. They were of great help to me on my NY trip.
Bill, we are thinking that direction, was just looking at another stop.

Hey Bob, I would agree with the Bill and Blaster! Cape May and Atlantic City, Ocean City is Dry as a Tea Totaling Nun!! Just about everything was up and running at the end of the Summer….. except for Seaside they had a fire that burned the Sandy Repaired Boardwalk Down!!

Bob I live in Cape May and it would be a great stop over. Good marines to stay over, easy to get around plus good bars and resturants in town. Very boater user friendly. Ocean City is a dry town is for family nothing to do for adults. South Jersey and Utches are good marines to stay over SJ is right next to the Lobster House good food with outside dinning on dock or Schooner America.
