that is"almost" normal on few models. Exhaust tube, which is glassed to hull, expands differently than hull and causing "spider" cracks in that area.
You would want to repair that to prevent water from entering hull. Use moisture meter to check how bad (old) is that problem (that may help you to negotiate price)
My 92 330 had cracks around the exhaust ports for quite some time. Traded it in 2005 and there was no moisture problem per the dealer survey. Good idea to have it checked though with a moisture meter.
