Looked at a couple used Magma grills (the round ones) and they are pretty dull looking - Can these be polished to liven them up a little? Anything to look out for on these?

Thx.

I have always had success with Flitz. Not cheap, but I feel its worth the money. A little bit goes a loooong way.

make sure they have all the pieces... spare parts cost a lot... Also, make sure it comes with a mounting mechanism...

I bought the smaller Magma Kettle off of Craigs List for $50 and got very lucky. I havent tried to polish it but it came with all the pieces (although I couldnt use the mount he sent) and even the cover. It works like a champ!

Before you try to clean it, spray the heck out of it with an oven cleaner and let it sit overnight. Hose it off the next day and repeat the process. The third day when you go to clean it the job will be much easier.

+1 then polish
