Our boat has a large sunpad and someone who has the same year and boat has a sunpad that raises up. We are looking to see if they make a frame to put in so ours can as well. Doesnt have to be electric like theirs just something for wife to be able to sit up while getting some sun..

I would be very interested in this frame as well. I just purchased a 2000 410DA and was wondering about the standard sunpad setup for this model year. I didn't see the sunpad on board when I viewed the boat in storage. Cant Wait - would you mind offering me a little insight on how your sunpad is configured?

My signature picture shows my sunpad with canvas cover. With the adjustable brackets under the pads it would be much more usable.

We havent taken the sunpad cover off yet.lol. Will let you know when I do.. From the feel of it i think it is just 2 long pads next togther. Good luck with your new boat. We have had ours out a few times and love it so far......

I believe Great Lakes Yacht Innovations offers a manual version of what you are looking for.

Went to Detroit Boat Show yesterday and talked to the guys at Great Lakes Innovation . The sunpad is not on the website yet. I told them people want to see it and it was mentioned on this forum. Product is new for them apparently and they're gauging interest. Display models where nice and they had one for a 46' SD that was used all last season and looked great. Mounts to deck with the plastic round channel as used on boat tops. The male portion sewn into side of bottom cushion. The 46" SD version (2 seperate mirror- imaged pads) that where customized cost approx $2k. I think they had the the standard 27 x 72 in white vinyl @ $700.

Any pictures of these anywhere?

I'd love to see the product as I was thinking about this mod for some time.

Wow! I have a polyurea plastic business. I'm going to build an adjustable frame out of Starboard to be used with my OEM Sunpad. If the price point is right, I may manufacturer on a limited basis

Bought our sunpads from Gioia Sails and are very happy with them. They fold up flat and can be stored on the bridge when not in use, and attach to the bow easily. The Admiral and "Ensign Ty" both love them

Art - Really like the sun pads. My 400EC has the same bow make up. Narrow in the middle and wide sides. I am contacting them today. Thanks for the info

I still have the factory pad, and have probably spent ten hours online trying to find or build an adjustable frame. I had just about decided to strip one of the WM folding chairs and use the guts of that to try to do something. If you can make it work, I'll be your first customer.

Got one in the basement right now being stripped for hinges! Let you know how it goes. I have a boat show handout from GLM Innovations. Standard pad meas. 24x76, 4 inch thick , 1 inch tube frame with 7 position hinges that is powdercoated.

I would also be interested in a frame that would custom fit Pearl. How about one that would work with the factory standard pad, it's a nice one.
