Transducer problem - any ideas?

My water temp and depth are both way off. From what I've read, this coudl be a bad transducer. I beleive the same transducer send the depth reading and also the temperature reading. My question - is this an easy fix, or something I need to have my local dealer fix?

Boat is 2008 310 Sundancer, with 350 mag Bravo III's.

It is an easy fix. It is an easier fix when the boat is out of the water. These transducer have a habit of going bad. The first thing to go bad is usually the temp reading. I will find the part number and post it shortly unless someone beats me to it. Mine was done with the boat in the water.

According to what I found, the correct part number should be 888828A12. I think it is about $240

Thanks! I'm having some work done at MM next week, I'll likely just have them fix it while there.
