Change all of the fluids, grease and lube anything you can find that moves, check belts and hosese.
See if the engine will start, properly of course.
Check for leaks everywhere, especially the drive seals. Check Bellows for any cracks or dry rot.
If mechanicals all check out, move to electrical then cosmetics. Let us know how it goes!!!!

Well I just purchased a 1998 270 Sundancer and need a trailer. Checked around the New England States and can not find anything reasonable. A new on is $3-4K which is absured for a couple of trips per season. Anyone know where I can find a reasonable one in my area? Still looking daily on Craigslist. Thanks!
