Lets see a photo of your pet

Here is Coco. We picked her up from the Houston SPCA (awesome facility!) on April 18th. She hasn't been on the boat yet, but soon.

Our Boston Terrier Milo, he goes everywhere with us except the boat... he loves shallow water but is very scared of open water.

I don't have pictures of my dog Maggie on my computer at work but I had to bring her in yesterday and have her put to sleep. She had cancer that had spread into her organs and I couldn't watch her suffer any more. Maggie was a chow/shepard mix and was smart and dedicated to her job of loving us and protecting the household including her 2 cats. She will be missed.

So sorry to hear of your loss, I do know the feeling all to well. At least she is not suffering.

I feel your loss. We had to put down a cat that had been with us for 15 years a few months ago. Like your dog, he will be missed.

Thanks guys, I appreciate your thoughts. It has been a tough year for us first losing Mom then one of my best friend's wife (she performed my wedding ceremony), followed bt her father that I know pretty well and now my Sister has brain cancer so it was pretty emotional for me being with her as thought of all of the above came rushing at me. I am going to polish my boat with my new Shurhold polisher like mad this weekend! I figure it's a good way to take out frustrations...

I am sorry for your loss. That is one of the hardest choices to make - watch them suffer or put them to sleep.
