Hi All,

A week or so ago I experienced a momentary loss of my senses and purchased an 89' Sea Ray as a project boat. My wife is fairly thrilled with me over this :huh:. Heh, actually my better half is glad to see me in a project....kinda like a kid in the candy store.

I look forward to getting to know some of the CSR clan !!

Welcome, Gary. When you start reading about all of us discussing Gary, it ain't you, yet. A good project can keep you out of the bars and at home, even if it is a B-O-A-T. At least the other women doesn't have any soft parts for you to play with. Again, welcome.
 
Welcome. I live in Birmingham and have my boat at Logan Martin. The boat I have now is not a Sea Ray but I keep lingering here because these folks have a wealth of info. You will find it to be very interesting and helpful.
 
Welcome to the forum. You can get a lot of ifo here for your project. This may be the best Sea Ray resource for information that you could ever hope for.

My wife and I are both from Alabama...me from Birmingham and she from Muscle Shoals.

Welcome Gary, I live in Mobile and mostly boat on Fowl and Dog rivers here. I am SO lucky--getting a boat was my wife's idea! :smt038

I think I figured it out. It's a new town at the old Million Dollar Lake on the Old Birmingham Highway between Bessemer and Tuscaloosa.:thumbsup:

I guess there got to be enough people there that the residents decided to name it.

My parents used to have a lot there.
 
Welcome! I live outside of Montevallo (south B'ham area) but keep my boat at Fort Morgan during the summer months and in a shop here at home during the winter.
I grew up in Bessemer and Lake View is the new name for the old Million Dollar Lakes area.
