So, you must have bought 4 of these kits to spend $200. The highest price I can find at WM is $52 per kit. Correct ?

Glad you did the right thing...now move on. I think it best that you try not to sell things on here and you'll be better off.

That's right. So far what we as the CSR community can ascertain.....you sold the boat, keeping something you should have included, now admit you've sent it off to the new owner. You haven't offered your side, so by what we can see, you got caught in a shady, less than admirable act. That's why I asked if there is a post I missed that may alter what was "presented to us"
Like I said, I think you'll be better off avoiding transactions here.
