240 Sundeck sport tower, wakeboard tower?

Thanks, Jayhawk!

I did find a dealer willing to install the tower. They said the last quote they had was $1,800 to install. Took them 12 hours of labor. I was hoping to save the cash and do it myself. Besides a drill, drill bits, tape, and sockets/wrenches what else do I need to buy to properly prepare the holes?
You want to make backer plates for the inside of mounting points . I used 1/2” ply about 5x8” basically biggest i could fit in mounting locations. Used fiberglass reinforced filler to fill the void between ply and hull. 3 years on nocracks. 12 hrs seems high for a shop, my dad and i did it in about 4-5 hrs , would think if you do it regularly would be quicker…

Thanks, Scott06! 12 hours seemed excessive to me as well. Most videos are 20 min or so. Granted there's lots more time built in but 12 hours? I will have the boat home on Sunday. Then I can inspect. Right now I'm worried about gaining access to the gunnels. As a start, I'm planning on placing the tower as close to where the factory one went. Seems like most people place it in abit easer spots to get to. The 12 hours maybe used up in cutting access holes or removing padding to get to spots on the hull.

The Cuda tower looks plenty tall enough to get above the factory bimini. Maybe it'll be too tall. I will need to measure. I'll post my journey to this thread.
