Now to me 97 330 EC - Need help identifying items

We just picked up our "new to us" 97 330 EC. This is our first "big boat" and I'm on a steep learning curve. I have a few items that I need to identify. They both look like thru Hull transducers one has the wires cut ? Any help greatly appreciated.

Congrats! No need for quotes - a 330EC is a BIG boat!

My '97 was fitted with very similar devices. They connected to a Autohelm TriData display to show water temp, sounder data and speed via a paddle wheel.
