PIB - Lake Erie

IIRC this one was all gray, even the upper part but I was driving the cart so didn't get a great look. But does look similar to the one above
 
There are a lot of grey big boats on the island…. Not my thing for sure…. Take a pic next time I know them by parking spot not by name

We'll be there again this weekend. Not at Miller, but friends of ours will be. If we mosey over there I'll wave hello. Enjoy Mad Dog, I haven't seen him for a few years, maybe I'll peek in and see if he has any new material.

Looks like the Boats were packed in this weekend. Any idea how busy it will be for the ILYA Bay Week Sail Regatta This weekend? Cant make it up till Friday evening and debating if I should tempt the public dock fates.

Went to Middle Bass Thursday-Sunday for a boat club rendezvous. Then a bunch of us went over to PIB for Sunday Funday. Stayed at Park Place for the night. Always a good time (pic from Middle Bass)
 
We were invited to participate in the antique car parade this past Sunday on PIB. You meet at a warehouse where they have beer and wine …… then staging….. I took a swig of whiskey out the back of that red buggy…. Then the parade downtown… then one business hosts the after party with food and drinks. This time it was at a bed and breakfast just a beautiful home and grounds. I ended up talking to the owner and rented a 3 bedroom for next June for my kids so we could all be here for moms birthday. You meet so many nice people during events like this and the cars are incredible

We missed last weekend, we just had too much work going on... Mrs. Strypes has been showing boats like crazy and attending surveys and sea trials. I've done a few sea trials, one survey and even moved a boat from Cleveland to MacRay a couple of days ago. Needless to say, we're ready for a relaxing weekend. No kids this weekend so we can just focus on us! If any of you CSR peeps make it to South Bass Island,OH/PIB this weekend give us a shout or stop by and say hello. We dock at Crews Nest, usually on C-Dock across from the clubhouse. Cheers

Goldie something... 131(?) or 161(?)... I don't remember the number. 4th-ish boat in... It's a 2009 400 Dancer. Next to a Sea Ray Motor Yacht(sneaker boat). Julie & Jim are the owners. Lovely people!

Yes, sir! That was us and that is Max! We remember the German Shepard and remembering Max wanting to say hello! People usually know us/recognize us because of Max. He's more popular than we are! Lol!
