Washer/dryer single old 95 unit

Believe it or not this machine was never used by 1st 19 years of its life. Then customers say when they tried it spilled water all over the double bunk room when opened the door. 55 1995 sedan bridge. I suggested it 28 years old and just buy a new unit. But ask to see if it has a consistent problem? Can't figure out why its so hard to insert a pic?
 
We had a Splendide combo washer/dryer in our Sea Ray a few years back. The Admiral used it faithfully for three years, did all our wash. It was small and slow, but it never quit working.

It is not draining water properly, when you open door water spills out onto floor. Even being 28 years old it may be worth looking for and replacing broken part?
 
Two quick things to check, is the seacock open? Is the filter basket clear?
 
Hello Robert John, Welcome to the group! Carefully check the entire discharge hose, because the units are small, they do not have have a relatively strong discharge pump. A bunch of spider webs outside could mess it up…..
