how warm is that water?

Air temp was 102 water temp 89. That canyon we stayed in only gets direct sunlight 2 hrs a day.

If you look at the first pic this is a natural flash flood wash. The slot you see goes back about a 1/4 mile of twist and turns. When the wash is running water blast from the slot about 40 feet out into a pool you cant see about 40 feet deep.
 
And for those of you wondering. That is a Starlink on the front of the bow ( not its permanent location) This is a spot on the lake that you have zero cell service. With the Starlink we have full cell and internet service.
 
I was going to say "looks like a lonely 5 days" until I got to the pics with other boats included :)

How far is the water down?


Depends how you look at it. full pool in 1983-1985 was 3700. Today we are down 163 feet from that level.
It will never get to that level again for many reasons .
Today the lake is at 3536 last year at this date level was 3553.

Sweet spot for the lake would be 3600 to 3650.
