I went to a Garth Brooks stadium concert this week. Not near water, of course, but half of the people were walking just like that.

In my youth Grandpa was always working on the dock or in the boat, and every year he would fall into the river. Not a drinker, but just old age.

Personally, haven't done it yet....

Looks like maybe 2 or 3 different incidents... no dog on the boat, different docks, different boats, not a PFD but a down vest. Me think's these peeps come in like this often.
 
The pfd comment was sarcasm. Thought it may have just been another mistake on his part after removing his jacket. Other than it kind of looks like the rest of their outfits are the same?
Anyway, agree that it's likely not their first time and hopefully they meet some justice before harming anyone else or destroying property. Just a little bit carried away.
 
You know those gas, water, waste caps that vary from year to year and are really hard to find if you drop one in the water?
I found 2 perfect matches as backups on FB today from a guy parting out same boat as mine, so it has that going for it.
That’s about all I use it for.
