Galley refrigerator (Waeco Coolmatic RPD-011U) stopped working on A/C yesterday afternoon but seems to work ok on D/C. I'm guessing "power supply" and ordered the MPS50 from Amazon this morning. General concensus seems to be to go with the MPS50 instead of the MPS35.
Anyhow, would be interested in any "tips & tricks"/advice" from those who have replaced this. It looks like the flange hold the refrigerator in place, so it's just a matter of removing the screws and then sliding the thing out to get to the power supply?

I did exactly that when my Novakool had the same issue. Very easy fix.

I have a Waeco unit and the compressor is not built into the unit, but mounted separately beside the unit in the cabinet. As far as removal, remove the screws and slide it forward. Mine had a contraption that was a separate box that converted 110v to 12v as the unit is a 12v refrigerator. I wound up chunking the converter box as it was not working and it runs off of 12v only at all times.

Have the same fridge, but the opposite problem. Runs great on 110V, but not on 12V. Pulled it out and there is 12V at the connections to the compressor unit when the DC breaker is on. That’s about the extent of my ‘refrigeration knowledge’. We run the gen when out, except at anchor. The fridge stays cool for the most part overnight, but when we wake up you can tell it’s not as cold as normal. Would happily replace the whole unit, but can’t find anything that fits and looks good.

Any ideas on repairing?

Is there a fuse that might be blown? Just got my new power supply today and there is a "slow blow" fuse. Not sure I'll get this installed this weekend, but it will be interesting to see what's back there once I get the unit pulled.

Replaced the power supply today, and it was fairly easy and no real surprises. The old MPS35 had molded in connectors while the new MPS50 has screw connectors, but no big deal to cut, strip, and attach wires.
Took some photos just in case someone else goes through this. Apologize for them being sideways.

I don't know if this is your exact issue but I often (95% of the time) when I would leave the dock and 110 and anchor out would sometimes use Genny and others not but when I came back to shore and plugged in for 110 my refrigerator would not cool. I had lost refrigerators of food over the past year wondering what the hell is going on.. Light was on but no cooling. Now, when I come back to slip I shut refrigerator switch off at panel, plug into 110, turn switch back on and have yet to have an issue. Weird but it works..
