I might have two starting issues going on here. Sometimes on startup and idle on the starboard engine it will show no oil pressure on the gauge and red light will be on steady on the systems monitor. Other attempts it will start and idle fine with good pressure on gauge and red light out. Pushing throttle up from idle will get normal response in both cases. Could this be an oil pressure sending unit going bad? Does the oil pressure light mimic the gauge or is there 2 separate monitor systems? Other issue is the motor sometimes will crank ok but wont turn over. When I pump that throttle a few times prior it will start normally. Could this issue be a bad or dirty IAC valve or related somehow to the oil pressure issue?
