Sold "As-Is" as well as the description about the elbow work required leads me to believe it is a project boat. A broker will describe boats as turnkey when they are a mess. If they admit the boat is a mess...

With 2100 hours on the Detroits they are most likely ready for major overhaul. Price that before you consider this a good deal. And that is just the engines........what about the other stuff you find?
