Are there any advantages to a stainless steel anchor chain versus galvanized - other than life of the anchor chain?

(I know, that should have been posted in the thread a few days ago about anchor chain. Couldn't find it, figured if I just typed it here I would start getting pop up ads for comparing chain types)

I was shocked and amazed at the data which could be purchased about individuals - 20 years ago.

This is the information economy. A few years ago the discussion was about the economy shifting from a manufacturing based economy to an information based. We are starting to see what this really means.
 
A lot has to do with Cookie tracking. And ultimately those cookies are used for ad targeting in the future.

... and for good reason when contrasted with the usual suspects. You good ol' boys are so incredibly predictable, day in, day out. In an emergency, I hope the EMT's will test your pulse and blood pressure, too. If they only rely on brain activity you'd all be pronounced dead.
 
This spying isn't all bad - I received my $397 check from Facebook today as part of their privacy settlement. My wife and son each received one as well.
 
Have a friend who used to work for a big company that has been mentioned in this thread. This company listens to you on your phone, scans everything you type, if you pause as you're scrolling through the website, it takes note of what was on the page that got your attention. If you're on a desktop it even tracks the location of your mouse pointer, to see what you're focusing on. He finally quit, brought a cheap piece of property in the country and disconnected from the world. And he's a young kid in his late 20s.

It's okay, High. Hard work can indeed improve I.Q. scores, by as much as 15 points but even that improvement will only make you average.

Are you done? You never seem to gain any traction.

You know this is funny. Funny in that my team all works from home and we were in a meeting a couple of years ago and a guy on my team has his whole house wired with every gadget there is. So another guy on my team said 'i never get invited back to houses cause I walk in and say Alexa, order 2 tons of cream corn'. Well the other guys Alexa started going off and he had to tell her to cancel the order....lol

It was a commercial. Probably on Youbook somewhere. Maybe Facetube. or Tikgram, one of those.
