Northshore of Ohio.
I'ts a bit of a running gag in Cleveland that started when an old local band by the name of the Euclid Beach Band did a song called "There's No Surf In Cleveland" a long time ago. It was a twist on the fact that the North Shore of Oahu is well known for surf and Cleveland is not exactly Hawaii

Warning: Not really good music...
