He’s a grandfather. He doesn’t have to deal with the raging hormones of a teenage girl daily. Mine is 38 and I still don’t like her much for the living hell she put us thru between 15 and 20.
Was a frickin nightmare. Of course my parents (grandparents) thought she was a sweetheart.
My son, see avatar, never once gave us grief. Laid back. To this day he swears his sister is nuts.

15-21…. The devil years. I went thru it 3 times…. Evil evil time
 
I have twins and bought them a car at 16…. My big issue was disrespecting mom. They did it one time too many. So I took their car and parked it in the Chevrolets parking lot up front… who knows what the Chevy dealer thought :)
Then I would make them miss the bus… then drive them to school and drive by the car on the lot then drop them off a 1/4 mile from school so they could walk…. They were so phuckn bad

they still talk about it today…. How traumatized they were….. they are best friends with mom today….. they tolerate me :(

We're a looooong way from those evil, devil years. Our oldest granddaughter is 10 so we have some time before they should be incarcerated somewhere. I can already see a younger one will be a true devil, and one who will always be a sweetheart grampa's girl. The other two--the jury is still out.
 
At 16 I let my daughter use my spare car, didn’t really ‘give’ it to her, but tried to make her responsible for it. Told her many times it uses oil, check it weekly. Locked up the engine on the beltway then went ballistic on me for leaving her and friends stranded on the road.
Wanna know when she got the clue?
Around 20yo, One night 2am she gets in a bar fight downtown. Gets locked up Central Booking. Cops called said do I want to come get her. I hung up.
You ain’t in Kansas anymore Dorothy this is no bullshit badass Baltimore.
She spent one night in a holding cell with hookers, crack whores, murders. Realized she wasn’t such a bad ass, scared to death, shook and cried the whole next day.
Never gave us a lick of trouble after that day.

We’re you listing this crap when the oil companies were losing billions? I would not want to be an oil company, hauled before congress to be scapegoated every time the government creates a situation that results in profits. Oil companies lose billions when piracy prices are down. Only uneducated sheeple think oil companies really control the price of oil…

Our son and daughter recently adopted. Therefore, my daughter-in-law cannot breastfeed. They are having trouble finding baby formula. This is a real problem for families.
 
This is a global issue. Not only the US. Blame Biden if you want. But it is not him that caused it all. But if it works to keep you happy. Have at it. LOL.
