Anyone else watching Bosch on Amazon Prime? It took me a few episodes to get into it, but then I ended up binge watching season 1, started season 2 last night. Never read the books, enjoying the series though. GF says it's another one of those guys shows I like, like the books I read, for example Jack Reacher.

What the hell…..where were you last week before Ozark started again

I’ve watched all 7 seasons and read most of the books. There may be a new book out that I haven’t gotten to yet. I think having read the books for years helped me get right into the show with some familiarity to the characters and plot. Also, Bosch:Legacy is about to start on Amazon Prime.

Haha

Seven seasons, I thought they were just a couple, crap this will take me 10 years to get through.

One of the best on TV. They are developing a show with Harry, Mag and I think Honey and possibly J Edgar. He quits the force and becomes a PI.

What is Goliath about? Looking for a new series.
Goliath has Billy Bob Thornton as a burned out alcoholic lawyer that screws up by drinking too much, but is a star attorney that wins the David vs Goliath cases. It takes about 3 episodes to really get into it, but it gets better each episode. I think the end of the first episode has an “omg” moment, I can’t believe that jist happened, you will know it when you see it. I liken it to the last episode of Ozark season 3 when the Mexican drug lord shoots the attorney in the head.

It’s worth watching imo. Bosch I put up there with dexter, sopranos, the shield, breaking bad. I put goliath down a notch, more on the level of better call Saul.

I loved reading the books. I think I found out about the TV series a few years after they were all made.

I did watch all of the episodes one winter.

I was watching reruns of Law and Order and saw an episode with
Titus Welliver.
