Stranded at transit Marina on Easter weekend, we were ready to depart and head back to our marina in St. Pete, I went to start engines and there wasn’t the normal alarm and both engines didn’t turn over. I checked and rechecked the control panel and everything is turned on and ready. I also checked the fuses and breakers with no sign of problems. Gauges are in the same position as when I shut down both engines. Not normal.
I’m hooked to shore power so batteries are charged up, I can’t get mobile service because it’s Easter. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

When I've had this happen, it was something different each time but never on both engines at the same time: neutral safety switch preventing starting, main breaker on engine, loose contact on back of start switch, and dead battery.

You're on shore power but are you sure the charger was on and working? If you disconnect shore power do the other 12v items work?

Maybe check fire suppression system

Also keep trying by pressing the ingition switch multiple times. If the master solenoid is sticking this may be the issue. I know mine occasionally do this and are on my todo list. Sometimes it takes 5+ pushes and then works fine every time until it sits for a long time.

My gauges did that before. Disconnecting batteries for a few min then connecting corrected it.
