I saw a post from @Tripsdad yesterday saying he was 65, and for some reason I pictured him younger than me, so I thought it might be interesting to see how we rank. Age wise that is.
I will be 55 in August, been married to my high school sweetheart for 36 years, she is a little younger than myself 51. We have 3 adult children, 2 girls and a boy, from them 9 grandchildren aging from 3 to 13.

So how many candles are on your cake??

Wow 5 daughters, of my 9 grandchildren the first 8 were girls. My oldest had a surprise pregnancy, and finally got my grandson for #9

Yes, 5 daughters....one of the reasons the 58 was never really big enough for us. Not sure what the odds of all girls and then all boys are, but they've got to be high. My in-laws had 8 granddaughters before the first grandson... 10 grandaughters and 3 grandsons in all.

Wow, you married your wife when she was 15....that's how old my wife was when we started dating. You got an early start on life.

You guys are just a bunch of little kids. I'm 75 but I feel like I'm only....well, 75!

This cancer I have is trying to kick my stern but I'm not going to let it. I've been married to my wife for 15 years and love most of the moments. She's 9 years younger than I am and MUCH better looking.

Between us we have 6 kids and 7 grandkids. 3 of the kids are hers and if my math is correct that must mean 3 are mine. Love 'em all!

62 here. Married to my sweetheart since '83. We met in a motorcycle shop, of all places! @JayhawkCurtis, is it too late for you to turn this into a poll? I did the same with the Norton forum a few years ago, and it was interesting to see the spread. It looked like it was bimodal between people that grew up with Nortons (like myself) and 20-somethings that went looking for things they remember from their dads/uncles. I'd be curious to see where boat ownership lays.

Ha, funny, I thought the same.

55, no kids, divorced, gf and I together for about 7 years, I think.

Lots of high school sweetheart wives here.

I am the youngest of 4, 2 sisters in the middle, one older brother. 16 nieces/nephews, 14+ great nieces/nephews, and I probably missed a few. I don't think any of them are having kids yet. ;)

GFs cat moved in recently when she moved in...

I’ll be 63 in September.

I have one daughter that is a Junior in High School. She went to the same elementary and junior high school as I did. And now she is going to the same high school.

I was 46 when we had her. I would walk her to elementary school and I had a gray beard then as well as now. Some of her friends would ask her if that was her grandfather.

She was born in October and swimming in May. She loves the water as much as her dad.

58, wife is about 6 months older than me (for about 6 months of the year anyway). I guess I had a Mrs. Robinson thing back 36 years ago LOL. We met after university through a mutual friend.
Two adult kids, one living in Seattle, one having trouble launching and still at home. About to early retire this coming fall when I turn 59(my decision - I can stay till 62, but I have other plans). My wife has been working for the past few years coordinating the conversion of a local college's courses to on-line learning, accredited with the Province of Ontario (COVID fell right into her wheelhouse of a Masters in Education in adult education with an on-line learning specialty) so can be flexible with her hours. So she may keep working with that for a few years.

55 here.
GF and I have been together for 10 years. We have four kids one being mine and three hers. 24 son, 23 daughter, 21 son, 16 son.

GF is 13 years younger than me and keeps me young! I wouldn't want to do this life without her and when it comes to cleaning , running, setting anchors, maintenance and just being a boater and best friend there is none better!
