Who says you can't fish on a Sea Ray

This is why I have two boats, My wife would never allow fishing poles on the boat. 2005 pro line 1.jpg 37167 (2).jpeg

It took me a couple of days to figure out why my wife said to keep the CC instead of trading it for a big boat. But if she’s willing to help me “support” two boats, I can oblige and keep the fish off the one she likes the most.

When I sold my 05 29' Amberjack for a 34' DA I said how I am going to go fishing now, and she said go buy a fishing boat, this is how we ended up with two boats.

For those that aren't believers, you must be fishing in the wrong spots. We are often landing 2 or 3 fish at the same time!

Sure glad my wife likes to fish!! No problem with fishing poles on board.

Yeah it’s an ad. He’s posted this on the Facebook groups as well.

same thing for the dinghy davit guy posting his jet ski davits everywhere.

Hey, it's all about what works best for you, right!

FYI, I don't think it's an ad or spam - he/she has been around for about 6 years... talking mostly about fishing... :) It's all good, though! :)

At least this thread came with a comment-worthy photo. There's only so many taco, pizza and tiki drink threads we can handle around here.

The Office is setup pretty good, just need to put outriggers back on it (PO removed), we do light trolling and bottom fishing the wrecks off Savannah. Keep 8 rigs mounted on the salon ceiling, 30,50,80lb Penns, spinning and baitcasters. We are working on a quick connect portable bait tank now that we are splitting off the deck washdown pump outlet, and installing larger pump for tank circulation. Combo boat, but we have the 19' flats and 23' bay for inshore. Wifey likes to fish thank goodness. One of our honeymoon nights was spent at a fish camp on Blue Cypress Lake in Fl.

I keep a couple on board. Problem is by the time we wet the line we are at the next waterfront bar. Lots of them around here.
On my stomping grounds, the marinas are about twenty miles apart. Lots of time to drag for Mackinaw.

Hello: I have had my 2007 340 Sportsman for over 10 years. I had a 290 Amberjack before that. Only complaint; I wish it had diesels. the 8.1's suck the petrol. Caught some great salmon on this boat; now parked in Hammond Bay Michigan. View attachment 129968
Hopefully not parked for too long. Imagine the salmon are starting to come in pretty good down there by now.
