Tacos

Don't bash it until you try this.

Spaghetti tacos...

Next time you make spaghetti take the leftovers next day mix the noodles and the sauce together put in frying pan.. fry on medium heat until a little dry add cheese then put into a soft flour tortilla.

This is a great boat meal.
Interesting jc, I may try that:)

Restaurant on my lake has great tacos, beef, lettuce and tomatoes, in a fried corn tortilla, hot sauce, soooo good.

How did this thread get to 2 pages without someone being immature?

Home made fish tacos. Corn tortilla, small fish pieces seasoned with mexican spices in cornmeal and then fried (varies, but sometime chipotle, ancho peppers, cayenne, garlic, paprika, coriander, bit of cumin). Toppings of avocado, tomato salsa, lime juice, sour cream, and fresh cilantro. And ice cold beer.

Oh yeah, best eaten on the boat, on the same water as the fish was caught!

Had tacos tonight…buck a taco. What inflation?

You keep bringing back memories.... Grew up about 3 miles from there on Fonda Lake. The "cool crowd" didn't go to Cozy back then. We all went to a place across from the old drive in on Grand River. Can't remember the name of it now. Long gone. You can see what survived though.

I usually go to new Hudson for lunch and cozy for dinner. My business is on Kensington.
From what I have been told cozy was a real dive…. New owners renovated… nice spot now… busy as hell though

I had fantastic Grouper tacos last night at Crabby Bills. My favorite, though, is the fresh yellowtail snapper tacos at the Hurricane Hole on Stock Island.

Never been there but I have had the "Hogfish Tacos" at the Hogfish Bar and Grill on Stock Island...

It's a good thing I don't live in your part of the country, or I'd be even fatter than I already am!
