I called Faria Beede ( Phone # on gauge )the manufacturer of the gauge and spoke to technical support they told me to send them the gauge and for $125 they would repair it or send me a new one.
So I packed the gauge up in a box and sent it to them prepaid $125 on a credit card yesterday I get this letter in the mail saying there's nothing they can do with the gauge and they charged me $125 plus the shipping which I don't get.
Letter States it is an obsolete gauge which I don't get the boat is only 5 years old
My question is does anybody know where I can get a new gauge or get this one repaired the fuel and volts are not working on it, I do have vessel view so it's not super important that this works, but I do like to have everything working as it should on the boat

Normally searay-parts.com is the first place I'd look, but I don't see that style listed. Might call them. The next place would be Marine Max or local Sea Ray Dealer.

Beyond that, you could just get a new Faria 4-1 that looks good/close and or replace both at the same time. The issue would be is there a plug on the back or several wires...

I'd call Faria back and see if they have a plug and play replacement, and if they would give you a credit for your $125.

Are these SmartCraft guages?

It looks like (if the computer is accurate) Sea Ray has a few in stock and they're not a whole lot more than that repair price (again, if the computer is accurate). I'd check with your dealer.

This turns out to be a stand up company, The tech support guy Jason who is the guy that answer the phone when I called there yesterday, He remembers talking to me about this gauge on the phone he states he is the only one in the company that can repair this type of gauge and said this gauge never came across his desk so he call the front office to see what happened, he states that the person that received the gauge said it was obsolete and just send it back to me.
Because of what happened he said he would look around for a new gauge and if he can not find one he will take the one out of there display model they have and send it to me at no charge and refund my CC the original charge.
He guarantees me I will have one in a few days, GREAT COMPANY.
