Not sure about "HIPPA" but HIPAA generally only applies to health care entities. If I want to do business with any establishment, I would comply with whatever conditions they specify that I agree with. If I disagree with the conditions, then I have the choice to take my business elsewhere or just stay home. I don't think we need more regulation of businesses than we already have.

I don't think it matters what you call the "covid shot". To be consistent with the original definition of "vaccine" the concoction needs to involve cowpox and I don't think any modern vaccines do that.

Why we can't collectively focus on reducing comorbidities and utilizing early treatments is beyond me...even the NIH website shows how zinc is essentially a wonder drug when it comes to covid 19 treatment...

Pretty simple. It's easier, cheaper, safer and faster to give the covid shots to everyone.

The shots don't completely stop spread or infection but the data says they reduce it by 4/5s or more. But, that's not what they were designed for, only a side benefit. The shots greatly reduce hospitalizations and deaths, as they were designed to do.
If you want to stop infection and spread then lockdowns on a scale the U.S. has never attempted would be needed. See China, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand.

When the vaccines came out, they were certainly sold to the public as stopping the spread and preventing infection!

This is all for a virus with a 99% survival rate. The world has lost its damn mind. They are still seeing covid in the island nations....covid is here to stay.... we'd better learn to live with it and the experts are saying the leaky vaccines are not the answer. Except for Fauci, but remember, Fauci is science...

If you want to stop the spread and reduce infections, look at the success other nations that aren't beholden to big pharma, have had with ivermectin...

Almost everyone in the world realizes that 1% of the population is still a significant number. And that 5 million worldwide deaths so far, 1/5 in the U.S. is not insignificant either.
Suppose you get a Christmas gift of a jar of M&Ms. There are about 400 M&M's in this gift jar. 80 of them will make you sick. 1 will kill you. Another 3 will kill individuals who are elderly with certain conditions.
How many M&M's will you and your family eat? Maybe you have a wife or a beloved grandmother or child. How many M&Ms will you give to them?
 
How about getting a jar of about 400 M&M's and none will kill you - but your neighbor who's a diabetic and severely overweight, steals them and gets severely sick because he couldn't afford the insulin costs Democrats just raised? He could die if he doesn't receive insulin. Kinda like the Fed Government withholding therapeutics - oh wait.

How many deaths happened as a result of the lockdowns? A report from the UK estimates over 740,000 missed cancer diagnosis.... all thanks to covid lockdowns. It's not the big, scary virus the media is making it out to be @alnav.

Preventative treatment as described above will greatly improve the survival rates. Or do as you say and stick with the cheap, easy and leaky vax that seems to be working so well....nevermind all these athletes who just recently started collapsing out of nowhere....

Wouldn't the diabetic be shot and killed by the homeowner? That would render the issue moot as he wouldn't need insulin any more.

I only mentioned lockdowns because you appeared to be in favor of zero spread and that's the only possible way to achieve that. I'm certainly not in favor of anything other than the government offering advice to take precautions where warranted. Covid is going to continue to spread and we will all be ultimately exposed to it. The means for good protection (the covid shot and masking) and treatments (monoclonal antibodies and steroids) are now available to virtually all citizens. Very soon, pill-based therapies will be available. As far as I'm concerned, everyone can now make up their own minds on the risks they want to take. Darwin will sort out the results. There's nothing wrong with preventative measures but there are lots of folks who cannot do anything to improve the maladies they have that impair the immune system; shots help lots but not all of these people. Other complicating conditions have proven very hard to improve. Obesity, for example, is perhaps the worst co-morbidity in terms of numbers involved and predictor of a bad outcome. Are you advocating some kind of government weight control program?
The covid shots have been proven to reduce spread somewhat and serious disease and death by a lot. If you have anything to offer other than breakthrough case rates, please post the reference.
