Sea Ray 340 Dash Module Switch Starboard Side 1810626

This part? Sorry I like Pictures.

Someone should really come up with a company that takes these apart and fixes them.

They could make quite a bit of $$$

Agreed! I've got a few switches on mine that no longer work ... like the anchor up/down

Long-term I'm considering the FP replacements since they have traditional switches in them.

Sorry......I've got a good port switch pad (starboard is broke) and both EIM boxes.

Yes. That is the part. Whole module went out last night

Do any of the switches work? Or nothing works and nothing lights up?

It could be that the switch pad is okay but the box below the helm (connected to the switch pad) is the issue. Something to check.

You will be looking for a long time. We are just doing two FP Marine mods. Only fix available as a long term permanent solution. Even if you do find one, you still have an old used notoriously unreliable part. We use our boat on lots of open water day and night. Not what I want our safety hinging on.

The company that made these is located in Milan Italy and will barely speak to the boat owner. Their customer was Sea Ray and don't have any interest in selling individual parts. Apparently Sea Ray sold the last ones, which Hyannis had, and they are all gone now. They will look at them for you but you have to send it to them and the whole process seemed very expensive without much chance of success. That company is Blink Marine aka Blink Group.

Good Luck!

Mine went out this weekend as well. It will intermittently work when you press a button over and over and over. Sounds like this is going to be a $4k repair...

Is there a way of switching without pad? All I need right now is water pump, anchor on/off and sound so that I can show they work?

Did you re-use the Carling switches for the engine off/on/start and the emergency switch?

I reused the old start / stop/ emergency switches They are not a part of the EIM system

Gotcha, just wondering as they look brand new and I'm having a hard time locating new ones. FP marine says no dice, and the suppliers I found are quoting 12 weeks lead time, minimum.

This is what I did. I have a schematic and bill of material

Great. Just reading this my port side was dead right before leaving for my trip Friday. First time it happened. I freaked not knowing anything and turned the batteries on and off with the switches in the panel. The port side came back on. Wondering if I should look for a spare now.

I have both switch pads and EIM’s for sale. I replaced the entire system with Flounder Pounders. I believe the port switch pad was going bad. The port side had no power to any function but if I tapped it, power would come on and all would be fine. Sometimes it worked perfectly.
These came from a 2005 320 Sundancer
Looking for $1075. for entire package and I’ll pay shipping

I just replaced my entire system with the FP marine EIM panels.

I have entire system for sale.
May list on EBAY also.
Will post pics in a new thread soon.

Both switch pads worked when removed however, only when one was connected at a time.
When both were connected, they wouldn’t work which points to one of the eim boxes being bad.

So how do you like the new panels? Is it worth the upgrade?

I like the new system.
Their instructions were spot on however, I recommend having some help when it comes time to run the new wire bundle from the bilge to the helm.
The system is very expensive but I got tired of only being able to use one side at a time since both switch pads work but only when connected one at a time. Bad EIM box was my issue.
