Didn’t really travel much on the boat last year and ended up with water from a bad fuel cap seal in my tank. We pulled out about 2 gallons of water with a little over 100 gallons of gasoline.
The first fuel filter we pulled off after putting in fresh gas had what looked like jellyfish floating in it along with water. I have burned about 300 gallons of fuel and I am on the fourth fuel filter since putting in all new fuel and had about a teaspoon of water in it. Have not seen any of the white jellyfish looking stuff. People have told me that is the beginning of tank corrosion.
What additive would I put in to stop this corrosion and be certain any algae eliminated?
