Installed a new LED 32" TV in the 320DA today. Not that bad an install, tricky part was feeding the power cord through bulkhead (drilled 1" hole, don't let wood hole fall behind bulk head) and behind into the AC Panel with an electrical snake. I know there are other threads that have done this, but wanted to add mine to assist anyone that wants to take on this project. I installed a Vizio 32" D-Series TV that has only 100mm x 100mm mount screws. I ordered a flush mount from Amazon to make it extremely close to wall. The mount is made to slide TV from top, however, since there is no head clearance I turned the mount upside down and slid in from bottom, however, this makes the screws tough to get to and tighten so used a very small screw driver and actually bought new longer ones 5mm x 40mm from local hardware store. Be sure to make sure there is enough clearance for the AC/DC Panel door to open. I also bought a new angled TV power cord and cut off the plug end and wired directly to AC outlet breaker and neutral bar by crimping new terminal ends. Good luck to anyone here are some pics of the install.

Here is mount I bought. I also had to drill new holes in mount because they blocked the ac power cord, this may not be a problem if you install a different model.

Fear of drilling holes ANYWHERE on a boat... is the sign of a good boat owner. :D

Looks good. Did you go with a Roku or Firestick -- or was streaming built in to the TV? I'm amazed at how much better the newer streaming devices work than just a couple years ago.

I went with Vizio 32" D-Series 1080P Smart TV, it has "free watch" TV, which is great. I can stream it from my phone or wifi. It has a ton of apps as well.

My luck I'd screw right through the entire wall and hit the sliding door.

Did you just use screws or did you use some type of molly anchor through the wall?

I used smaller length screws 1" then what came with the mount so I wouldn't hit anything behind the bulkhead plywood. I pre-drilled to prevent any splitting of the wood. Also the 1" hole saw, I used a shallow one.

Hey I have a TV mounted there just trying to figure out how to run the wire.... What do you mean by?

(drilled 1" hole, don't let wood hole fall behind bulk head)??

Do you go right though the other side then under the helm then back in to behind the elec panel?

If it is like my 340SDA then a plywood board is in front of the fiberglass bulkhead. You can run the wire behind it. I have some pics in my write up about doing it for the 340SDA.

You will also see how I made my cut out and mounting a string to the board so that it would not fall behind. Also do not forget to put chafe protection around the opening as vibration from the boat can wear into the wires over time.
