Hi all. Has anyone seen the fault “TVM: water in drive fault”? I just had the pods serviced 3 months ago by an experienced mechanic who said the oil looked great…the error seems to come on more in rough seas… loose wire? Bad sensor? All of the engine specs on the display seem normal and equal between the two engines.

@Todd Schneiderman
are all of levels your on the pods unchanged?
Specifically, the gear oil reservoir (the roughly clear one) , the power steering/trim tab actuator reservoir (the black one with the yellow top, and the transmission fluid (the rust colored handle on top of the transmission).

If all of these are unchanged, sounds like it could be a faulty sensor. If not, I posted mercurys troubleshooting guide here:

Thanks Shaps… the gear oil reservoir was low… I filled it and it isn’t going down at all but the alarm is sounding S soon as I start up the engines now!! Doesn’t matter which engine I start the alarm is the same … TVM1… not sure if that is the port or starboard engine… tech not coming out until next Monday

@Todd Schneiderman
How did you make out? What did the tech determine the issue was?
