For them to come to a decision this quickly it's got to be a guilty verdict? So why would they riot? Seems illogical :)
 
You can't bus in a bunch of ANTIFA and BLM rioters and not expect it, just depends on how long it cooks.

They sacrificed the scumbag to save the city. That much is clear. Verdict came way too quick for all the charges and evidence.
 
I've been on three juries, mostly since I couldn't come up with an excuse to get out of it like most of the others did.

I will say it's an awesome experience, because no matter what someone is accused of doing, they get a jury of their peers.

Then again, being a small business owner, you're missing out on revenue and you have to work extra to make it up to your clients.

But you couldn't pay me enough to be on this jury. These folks will get doxxed and then harrassed.
 
Phil, you right, I had to sit in a trial as a college class. Bank robbery, hostage killed, then suicide by cop. Nothing like Law &Order, not close. One thing really stuck with me, people say oh, he’ll appeal. Uh no, you don’t get a do over cause you didn’t like the verdict. Very small reasons you get granted appeal, like 1% get an appeal.

Jury never came back to ask questions of the judge either....but it is what it is.

So, how do you folks like your city tonight - medium, well done, or charred?
 
Well I really hope that is not the case. If he is found not guilty, I think there will be trouble.

He was pretty much a scumbag, but the police are not judge, jury, and executioner.
