Horn makes no noise and little compressor makes a noise.

Any idea what brand this little boy is? It has a hot wire, ground wire, and a 3/8” hose that I would think goes to the horn(s).

No idea sir, but i had the same condition. Turned out spiders had plugged the the horns. Cleaned them out and everything was fine.

It is an AFI horn system and Marinco bought AFI a year or so back. The problem is the previous owner never bothered to oil the compressors now it is stuck. I wish he has sprayed some lubricant rather than black boat detailer in a rattle can at it. Luckily, the little horn compressor is a cheap fix....my last 2 were $69 each.

Thats not a friendly place to oil given the location... nor do I remember seeing a place to oil...can you elaborate or are you just putting drops down the outlet tube

here is my setup

Yes to the outlet tube. The link that TNT sent shows the installation guide and shows to put a couple drops of oil down the outlet.

The horn is still on my list due to my inability to get my fat butt upside down and backward twisted into the back corner of the anchor locker. However, I have some notes on what could be wrong.

As mentioned - oiling or replacing the air compressor.

The tubing may be blocked or disconnected. Try blowing into the tubing?

The horns have diaphragms that can be replaced and/or the horns may need to be replaced (if you can get to them)!

Someone stole your TV! My admiral wants me to put a back board in there so she can convert that space to storage. Any ideas?

And if all else fails, I keep on of these onboard.

We stuff rolled up towels in there. We can get a dozen or so towels in there.

I am going to put a back in it and mount the receptacle to the back. Already mounted a flat screen mount to one side of the hole. My wife has more electronics to charge than GE-watch, iPad, phone, and more. The TV will hide the hole that she uses for storage for the most part.....Bennett

Bennett inspired me to find my horn pump. It’s buried! No wonder it never got lubricated!

Pump in good working order, so relocated to a more accessible location.

Still no horn, will need very small contortionist to get to the rest of it.

If your pump is working, likely your issue is the diaphragm in the horn.....haven't looked for it yet, but Bluone says mine is in the starboard anchor locker....
