His cult refused to except the results and fought in court and on social media to over throw the government. The January 6 coup failed and with that defeat a 200 year process continued and as a result today at noon Joe Biden became the 46th President of the United States. At 8:00am Trump rather than welcoming and congratulate the Bidens Trump tucked his tail between his legs and fled to Florida.

The individuals cited in the NY Post article (written the day after the riot) have not shown up on the arrest rolls and the FBI as well as senior Republicans have repeatedly stated since that there was no other involvement other than supporters of President Trump.

You seem to deride the reading comprehension skills of others quite often when your posts are questioned. Perhaps you should focus on the clarity of your writing instead. Your post clearly trivialized the events of 6 Jan whether you intended them to or not.

Maybe so, however all you would need to do is reread my previous posts, only a few back, to understand the context. Yet you chose to virtue signal instead...cute. Iprof appreciates you rescuing him from his absurdity tho.

The accusation of "virtue signaling" is the insult of choice by people who don't want to engage on an issue. I went back a few pages and cannot reconstruct how anything previously said by you led to the post I responded to. I take it you were responding to Iprof's use of the word "coup"? Based on the evidence coming out, that seems like an arguably reasonable word to use and it has been employed by both domestic and international commenters. The facts seem to be that a large group of people assaulted the Capitol with the intent of interfering with an event required by the Constitution and to do harm to leaders of both parties, thus meeting the definition of coup. They were certainly inept and clownish, at least the ones who got caught on camera or filmed themselves. But the fact remains that they beat a police officer to death and several others were killed as a result of the riot.

See above. AFAIK, there were no police officers beaten to death in either Kenosha or Minneapolis.

No not at all. I just like consistency. Truth and facts -- aren't those the Biden buzzwords of the day. Well here's the truth -- the summer's worth of riots where a lot worse than the Capitol riot. That's backed up by the facts I have previously stated above.
