Electoral Vote Prediction

If you're talking about running a secure vote, no we are not. Here in IL I need a picture ID to buy beer, cash a check, receive money from my bank, get Sudafed (or similar decongestants), get on an airplane, and to show a cop when he asks. But I don't need one to vote because that is "voter suppression." That is not a secure vote. Nor are "mail in" ballots that can be filled out and/or harvested by anyone.
Solutions in search of non-problems; neither have been shown to have had an impact on the 2020 election.

30% of Democrats and 75% of Republicans disagree with your opinion.

The Texas filing is an interesting read. First 43 pages lays out the factual allegations applicable to each state. Lays out how the Democrats "massaged" the mail in ballot rules to cheat. Don't know if the Supremes will do anything about it. If they do, all hell will break loose -- board up those windows.

So, small government and state's rights advocates (Texas, et.al.) want big government to step in and tell other states how to run processes delegated to them in the Constitution? Nice.

Yes. When a VP can be the deciding vote in the Senate it concerns all states.

Didn’t read the link so I don’t know the specifics of the Democrats “massaging”, but seem to recall Texas intentionally minimized the number of mail in vote drop off boxes to make it onerous. Isn’t that also “massaging” the process? A little pot calling kettle black, maybe?

I also fail to see the legitimacy of one state litigating the legislative actions of another.

You would be wise to read it. Big part of the problem is the states didn't change the rules via legislative action. Penn, et. al. are free to countersue Texas for making it onerous.

Georgia's (which is Republican, not Democrat) brief in response to Texas' filing:
https://www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/22/22O155/163383/20201210145849997_Georgia -- Brief in Opposition.pdf
Counters the Texas "facts" pretty compellingly. The other states that were sued briefs are available as well.

BTW, did anyone else notice Texas' use of Whataburger v. Whataburger as one of its precedents? Too funny.

Right. That's exactly how it is suposed to work. TX makes its case. Ga. makes its case. The Judges (not CNN, MSNBC, et. al.) decide.

Time announces President Elect Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are Times persons of the year. Another win for Biden.

Why, they haven't done chit this year. I can think of 10,000 Doctors and Nurses who deserve it more than those frauds. Oh, and in case you forgot, nobody gives a rat's arse about Time -- is it still a magizine?

If nobody gives a rat's arse then why are you commenting. Here maybe you can get it autographed.

False claims? I have seen NO credible evidence. Just a Loser refusing to face reality!
That loser donated his entire $400,000 annual salary as president to the department of interior. To be used for maintenance and restoration of military cemeteries. Do you think Biden would be willing to do the same?

Depends how much China will be paying him.
