For some reason you can't find one try Home Depot , My boats an 86 I've replace the rollers three times i had to remove the roller from its bracket match up the size and reinstall it Works great. In fact it works so good while under way it will open and close if i don't lock it. Good luck where there's a will there's a way!

I replaced mine with ones that were for a shower door. Got them at a hardware store.

thank you for the info. i think i found a replacement at reflect roller. waiting to recieve in mail. The roller I am replacing is the top roller and will see how it fits.

I need to do this job on my '85. Did you source your replacement rollers at Home Depot? Are top and bottom rollers the same? Do you happen to know which specific ones you used... link maybe?

The way my door is there are no rollers on top just the bottom . Yes i got them at Home Depot, you just have to match up the size of the roller. No i'm sorry i don't have any part #. GOOD LUCK !
I think from 85 to 86 the door is a little different but basically the same idea. I had to pull the roller out of the carriage its mounted on and just change the roller.

Great, thank you for the info. This is on the top part of my "to do" list.

Found one that matches online. The company is Prime-Line part #B 707. Roller is plastic w/metal ball bearing center. Comes with rivit to hold in the sleeve. 2 per package. Cost about 6$ They are 1 inch diamiter. Menards carry's this line but did not stock this part #. Hope this helps others.

Thanks for the info! I haven't torn into mine yet, but will as soon as it warms up a bit.
Does anyone know how many rollers there are/would need replacing? Just 2?

Guys, TaylorMade has these rollers, both top and bottom. Be sure to clean the tracks and vacuum them. Use colorless hard wax to keep the rollers moving smoothly. I use a bar of wax about once or twice a year.

any spray in lubricant will just attract more dirt and sand

How do you get the door off? I need to do mine this season, it sticks badly, but I went down to the boat yesterday and couldn't figure out how to get the door off. It's the starboard door that slides behind the helm console. Even fully open it's still far enough behind the helm that I can't lift it up and out.

Is there a technique, or do you have to start removing trim pieces to make space?
