At that price plan on some "deferred maintenance" but there are a couple in Florida that recently popped up. I know Bear Paws has his listed but mind you it is loaded and perfect condition so you have to be willing to pay for perfection. I payed $250k for mine in January and put $40k into her this year... Turned down 2 offers of $350 & $385 this summer as I am not looking to sell.

This boat it’s a beauty!!!!! unfortunately out of my budget.
I assume you are in the Boston area? Have you looked at any up there? Are there any for sale, I haven't looked in awhile. I am actually going to be in Danvers all week for work.

Yes, south of Boston, I have not seen any up here just yet! Bring your coat it’s going to get colder maybe some snow next weekend...

I’m not sure what the market will do over the winter but I’d expect to pay north of $400k for a clean example.
I hope you are right!!! That would make me very happy

Thanks, It certainly isn't for the buyer who can handle some DYI projects. These boats will continue to have a wide range of selling prices. As an example our boat vs a non-updated boat from the same year has 75k-125k of updates depending on how the other boat was spec'd from the factory. We also have no deferred maintenance. I understand upgrades will have different value to different buyers

I'm speaking from experience, if you are looking for a turnkey boat this is the one.

My buddy is in contract selling his 05’ 48DA beauty, had 4 bidders sold in 2 days this is a cash deal of it falls through I’ll text you. Boat is a beauty.Hyd platform low hours white painted hull.

We had (3) 48da's sell out of our marina in the Northeast.
My old boat sold Sept 2019 at $ 360k, no hydraulic platform
2008 sold in april 2020 $ 375 with Hydraulic
2008 was traded and sold May 2020 with in hours at $ 375k with out hydraulic.
All three boats were maintained and well cared for at our marina, all less than 800 hours.

good luck. a bit of advice, dont not buy a boat because it doesnt have a hydraulic lift. Find the cleanest maintained boat with records first. That can always be added. .

I was quoted $28k for a GHS hydraulic lift installed on a 2010 500. Bid accordingly.
