Simrad 4G Radar Bundle No Longer Available?

Seems like Simrad has moved on from the 4G technology as it's status on their website is "discontinued". Has anyone purchased a bundle from Simrad similar to the previous packages they used to offer? I waited to long to order one. It looks like the HALO 20+ is the new replacement, but I have not talked to anyone at Simrad yet.

Anyone with experience purchasing a pre-packaged (bundled) system recently? I am wondering if the HALO 20+ is as good as the 4G.

Please share any opinions and first-hand experiences.

If looking to for a complete bundle, have any other brands interested you?
In a similar situation as far as have been holding off on the 4G option. Have had Lowrance's HDS gen 2, 3 touch and now a Carbon. Less than impressed with them has been my experience. Units have failed 3 times in the past 7 years. Once covered under warranty and twice replaced with newer models but only at a discounted price. They were also models that were discontinued shortly after.
With Garmin's acquisition of Delorme, curious if there might be some new features in the works with them? Ready to try another bundle myself and already have an explorer+ for other activities.

I already have one of the newer Simrad units on the boat from when I purchased it. Figured that they could share data and would look better on the panel. However, if I am getting a better unit for a better price, that is something I need to consider. Thanks for your input.
