Hi All,
We have 2017 Mercruiser 8.2 Mag SeaCore I/O engines. We are receiving fault codes on our starboard engine.
1. Exhaust System oxygen sensor not working properly
2. Engine misfire....service engine soon
Our mechanic replaced all 4 O2 sensors and ran the engines. He said there is no misfire and the fault codes need to be reset. They didn't have the correct connector, so they are ordering it.
Is there a way to clear the engine faults without the diagnostic plug-in unit? I cleared the alarm history as in the manual, but that doesn't clear the fault codes.
