Is anyone feeling moved to converse on Facebook rather than this forum? I personally like this format better. It is easier to follow the threads and most of all it is not FUCKING FACEBOOK!
Pardon my French

I visited the FB page and did not recognize any CSR posters.

Agreed, I do like only one thing better, it’s much easier to upload video to FB, sometimes diagnosing people’s issue would be easier with video...

FB is communist censorship...
But, I sign up.....(just know).

You are too funny some times

CSR has to stay up with the times. Of course, some would say that FB is a bit behind the times. This is not a problem for me. And I quit FB about 6 years ago. When it was no longer a job requirement to be active in social media.

I was talking with a small town mayor a while back who said "FB is evil" in what it allows through and doesn't allow through. I would say the same applies to Twitter.

Every one should watch the movie Social Dilemma on Netflicks. It explains why social media is so dangerous. They interview all senior staff at FB, Google, Twitter,....etc.

I get suspended from Twitter for 12/24 hours every time I comment something derogatory to Hillary Clinton.... it’s like they have me flagged.... because of that I have another account .... on that account I still make derogratory comments and don’t get suspended... yet :)

There were several Sea Ray groups on Facebook prior to this new one. There was even one called "Club Sea Ray"; I mentioned looking on CSR for answers and no one had any clue about this website. I joined the new group just because. I may disable notifications though, because so far it's just pictures of boats and no real conversation yet.

I agree information is better organized and searchable here. FB stinks for that. FB search is getting better but it seems one one bothers to use it.

I stay on FB because there is an active Back Cove / Sabre group there, and it's the only place to converse with other owners and get owner-supplied info. That community is small enough that a site like this isn't really practical, IMO.

Zuckerberg went on today to try and explain FB data collection to quell the response to Social Dilemma. This documentary shows how they manipulate kids and make them engage in self harm and suicide. Not to mention how they load fake news and manipulate elections.

Watched it last week, not giving them any of my time. Too late, I realize as even participating on this site is exposing me to the marketing and brainwashing. Choices, Choices

I have been active here for a few years and it has brought much joy to my boating life. Since the admiral and I are selling the 44 and likely moving to Carver, I have been visiting the Carver site. It sucks compared to CSR! I have yet to see if there is a FB Carver page and Im not sure I even care to really. I hate that I hate FB so much but they make it soo damn easy!!

So I'm on FB don't take any of that BS there serious and for full disclosure my name is Ken Tibbitts. But I use the same icon/logo on facebook.
