Boat parade today

Had a parade today. Maybe 75 boats. Water was a little choppy. Mother and step-father have a pontoon and they got swamped 3 times before they decided to go back in. They said they had about 4" of water on their floor at one point. Heard another call on the radio with a bunch of alarms going off. Then heard guy say he was taking on water. Heard some chatter then he came back on and thought he said he took a wave on the bow and had a bunch of water but all was ok. It was pretty choppy.

Looks like the folks in Texas on Lake Travis near Austin had mixed results in for their parade. The enthusiasm for Trump is wonderful to see IMHO but Jesus people! Have some common sense out there. There’s a Trump Parade here in San Diego bay this afternoon. We’re anchored in a quiet portion down south and will probably stay here as opposed to being in the parade. The “after party” will undoubtedly end up here, which we’ll definitely participate in!
