Windshield Vent Seal Replacement

I ordered 10 feet of McMaster Carr part number 93085K93 to replace the gasket on the movable window. Works very well, but as mentioned before I sealed corners with rubber glue.

Here's what I used. A different design than some of the others. In my boat I needed a wider piece to close the distance between the frame and the window.

Here’s the original out of our 98 400. I too made my own and it’s been holding for couple years. I just sent this sample to Steele Rubber to see if they have something or want to make it.

Following "Seveman's" route, just ordered 10' of the rubber and some Loctite super bonder 495 for the corners. The pics looked so good for Seveman so will let you know how it turns out on my 330.

Also ordered "WS100 Windshield Vent Seal" from Flounder, want to make sure I get this done in one trip so now have two options to try.

Will post pictures and update once completed
