I have a 2020 Sea Ray 310SLX. The hatch it not opening and my covers are stuck inside. Does anyone know what I should check. Power panel on side of helm looks ok. No breakers look tripped?
Please help thanks!

Is there an access opening you can stick your arm in and pull the pin on the ram to release it and open manually. Sorry not familiar with ur boat and no one else is awake yet so my 2 cents

I greatly appreciate your response as I have been up all night dealing with this. No there is not. The hatch is very large and has two hydraulic rams. It makes me sick to think a have to leave a new 375k boat uncovered in the rain. Thank you for the response.

There is most likely a round hatch close to both rams where the attach to the engine hatch.
They're probably behind a door.
One of mine is where the power plugs in.
Might even be under a seat.

I do not know how your boat is designed but I have had Searays that had sensors on the transom door which kept it from opening the hatch and breaking the door. Even had a Tiara that would de-activate the hatch if the seat was not all the way back.
I noticed the boat is new and it reminded me of the time I spent trying to figure out why the hatch would not open on a new to me 44 Sundancer and after a call to service they said "open the transom door"!

I know it’s something stupid but I have no one to contact on a Sunday. It’s just so frustrating. I appreciate your response. I will try and give it a shot.

I didn't think about the transom door.
Make sure it's open.
On mine, it can be open in either direction.

On a 310, I don't think so. My 340 doesn't have that. Depending on the year, I could be wrong.

You are correct the slx does not have a transom door.
